Request an Evidence Search
What is KnowledgeShare?
KnowledgeShare allows registered members to find colleagues with shared interests, helping to spread innovation and collaborate on service improvement.
KnowledgeShare members can:
- Request evidence searches, these will be carried out by the library team on your behalf.
- Find searches requested by colleagues elsewhere (where permission has been given).
- Sign up for highly targeted updates based on their professional interests.
- Book a one:one or small group information skills training session with a member of the library team.
- Connect with colleagues based on shared professional interests.
What are targeted updates?
This is a targeted current awareness service. Whenever we find high impact documents in your area, we'll let you know.
Why use it?
To see the latest high-level evidence in your field.
How it works
You (or the library team on your behalf) create your own KnowledgeShare profile as broad or as specific as you need. For example if you work in the area of obstetrics, you could receive everything published on obstetrics or just items related to gestational diabetes.
What is included?
We add guidelines, policy documents and a wide range of summarised evidence so that you will not be inundated with primary research articles.
