24 Hour Access
24 hour access is available to all staff and students on placement, at the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust and Surrey & Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. If you are employed by another NHS organisation 24 hour access may still be possible, please contact us to discuss this further.
24 hour access key fobs are available in return for a refundable £10 deposit and valid Trust ID. Please note that we can accept cash payments only.
We are very happy to provide a short 10 minute induction to the library for all new Library members. Please contact us to book an induction at a convenient time for you.
External Membership, Patients & Carers
Patients and carers may use the library for free on a reference only basis, during staffed hours, please note that this is on an appointment only basis, please contact us first for more information.
The Library also offers external membership to institutions and individuals working in the private sector.
Pre-registration Students
The Library is open to health and social care students and staff on clinical placement working in the following Trusts and organisations:
NHS Staff Membership
All NHS staff working in primary, community and acute care in south west Surrey are welcome to join the Library.
